In Person Postpartum Support
My lived experience of postpartum mental illness and all my knowledge about the postpartum transition makes me a great supporter and helper for you.
- Need help taking care of your baby? I can be with your baby while you take a shower or go to bed for a much-needed nap.
- Need support feeding your baby? I can answer your questions and provide evidence-based information and strategies.
- Need someone to talk to about your parenting struggles and challenges? I am a great empathetic listener you can feel better talking to.
- Feeling overwhelmed going through the hardship of a postpartum mood or anxiety disorder? I have been there. I won’t judge. You can feel understood sharing your thoughts and emotions with me.
- Need regular encouragement in your recovery process? I know what it is like. I will help you navigate this challenge and give you hope.
- Need a service I can’t provide? I can help you find service providers in your community.
My in-person service packages include:
- help with meals and snacks preparation
- light housekeeping
- support with the emotional and physical recovery after birth

The Basic Transition
$395
- 12 hours of in-home support (3 hours minimum per visit)
- Unlimited texts, emails, and calls for the time of the contract (during business hours)
The Premium Transition
$1500
- One postpartum planning session (2 hours)
- 48 hours of in-home support (3 hours minimum per visit)
- Unlimited texts, emails, and calls for the time of the contract (during business hours)
